Would you like to return an item to us? There is nothing simpler or faster. Just follow these few steps:
1. Log in to www. MacManiack.com
Logot to your customer account and go to your order history.
Click the order that will be returned.
Choose the item you wish to return along with a mandatory explanation.
Sign your return request. Our after-sales service will answer you within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
2. Return item(s)
You receive an email from our after-sales service with the return slip to attach to the package. Attention: Any return received without this voucher will simply not be processed!
In the event of a defective product or preparation error, MacManiack undertakes to bear the cost of the shipping costs related to the return, providing you with a return label when possible. In case of non-possibility, MacManiack undertakes to reimburse you for the return costs.
In case of product ordered by mistake, the return costs are at your expense.
Deposit your package at a post office. You will be informed by our services upon receipt of your return package.
3. You are reimbursed in the form of a voucher or refund
The refund will be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of your return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used during the initial order. For credit card payments, the refund will appear on your next account statement.
The voucher will be issued and sent by email within 72 hours (except weekends and holidays) from the date of receipt of your return. The voucher is valid for 12 months on our entire site and can be combined with other promotions. If you do not use your entire voucher on your next order, the rest due will refer to the following.
4. For returns beyond 14 days (guarantee)
The items returned under warranty will be exchanged. In case of out of stock, the product will be exchanged for an equivalent product or for a voucher to be used on our site.
